The Optional Excess Liability Program (OELP) is available to active members of SELF's Excess Liability Program. It provides reinsurance above SELF's retained limit of $20 million. (Click here to see coverage details.) The coverage can be purchased at any time, and does not require an entire JPA to participate.

To apply, you will need to complete the application below and submit to SELF. Once received, SELF will send you an invoice for the coverage. Membership approval can be backdated up to 30 days prior to the date the completed document is received by the SELF office.
