SELF provides coverage to public educational agencies. The following are the rates and
retention levels we offer.

$20 million in excess of $5 million
$1.94/ADA
Non-ADA Members
$1500.00
Foundations with attachment at $1 million
$0.16/$100 of payroll
Foundations with attachment at $5 million
$0.04/$100 of payroll

Any change to your retention level for the 08/09 year must be submitted by March 1, 2008.
