Sample Member Practices page was designed by SELF's Member Services
and Communications Committee as a guide to assist members in developing
and strengthening their risk management controls and practices. Our
members, representing close to 1,100 school districts and Community
Colleges throughout the state, have provided the material included
on this page.
We have
categorized the material under broad topics. Since the Education Code
rules vary between K-12 and Community Colleges, we have identified
the source of the material to assist the reader in locating the most
appropriate items.
We consider
this page to be a dynamic resource that we would like to keep up-to-date.
