The SELF election process has begun. Every other year, one-half of SELF's
17 member Board of Directors are up for re-election. Each elected director
serves a four-year term on the board.
In October, we sent Election Authorization forms to those districts
that will be voting this spring. Historically, only the district superintendent
had the right to vote. In 2000, the Board decided to allow the Superintendent
the option of selecting a designee. We would like to thank those who
responded.
