Official nomination forms for the 2007 SELF Board of Directors Election went out in January to all those member districts in which a board member is up for election.

Michael Gregoryk , Mt. San Antonio College Southern CA Community Colleges

Teresa Scott , Yosemite Community College District Northern CA Community Colleges

The designated voting official for member districts with a representative up for election can nominate a candidate for the SELF board by using the official nomination form mailed to them in January. If you have misplaced your form and need another one, please contact the SELF office. The deadline for receipt of nominations in the SELF office is March 19 at 5 p.m. Only original nomination forms can be accepted. No faxed copies. Employees of districts that have withdrawn from SELF effective July 1, 2007 are not eligible to serve after that date and therefore may not be nominated.

Candidates' names will be placed on the ballots that will be mailed out to members no later than April 9. Returned ballots must be postmarked by 5 p.m. on April 30 to be accepted. If your district did not fill out its voter designation form, sent out last fall, please contact the SELF office prior to March 20. Only the designated voter will be eligible to vote in the upcoming election.
