Recognizing RMP Excellence
 

SELF is proud to celebrate the continued success of our partnership with CPS HR Consulting, a collaboration that began in 2021 and has grown into one of our most impactful member education initiatives. Together, we have strengthened risk management knowledge across school districts statewide by providing access to high‑quality training through the Risk Management Practitioner (RMP) Certificate Program.
 

Over the past eight programs, this partnership has helped us deliver meaningful, practical, and accessible training to our members. To date, more than 250 SELF members have participated in RMP coursework, a milestone that reflects both the value of the program and the commitment of our districts to building safer, stronger learning environments.
 

As we prepare to launch our 9th program, we remain dedicated to expanding professional development opportunities that support our members’ evolving needs. The RMP curriculum continues to offer a blend of self‑paced learning and expert‑led virtual instruction, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of public‑sector risk management education.
 

We are especially proud to recognize the graduates of our most recent RMP program. These individuals demonstrated exceptional dedication by completing all components of the program.
